Completed in July 2019 after three years of construction, the dm headquarters named "dm dialogicum" was designed by the architects Lederer, Ragnarsdóttir and Oei from Stuttgart. The dm headquarters is located on Durlacher Allee, which connects Karlsruhe city centre with Durlach. The building has a honeycomb-shaped floor plan and creates a bright and fresh atmosphere with, among other things, an employee terrace on the east side. The administration building is distributed around eight inner courtyards, which serve as green spaces. The Dialogicum's newly created pond can be seen from the east.
