The Palazzo Halle at the Westbahnhof railway station in Karlsruhe is still a real insider tip, even for die-hard Karlsruhe locals. Bathed in soft light and glittering table decorations, the historic industrial monument becomes an atmospheric location for moving events that will be remembered. As one of the few remaining industrial complexes from Karlsruhe's Wilhelminian era, the almost forgotten hall was given a new lease of life around seven years ago by the event agency Projekt Eins GmbH. Francesca Esposito, Managing Director of the agency, recognised the dormant potential of the hall, lovingly renovated it and gave it a name. Today, the Palazzo Halle, where over a hundred years ago the production of machines set the pace, now pulsates with life.
