State of compliance with requirements

This website is partially compliant with Section 10(1) of the L-BGG due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Documents embedded in the website (.pdf, .doc, etc.)

Reason: The large number of documents provided, some of which are already quite old, has not yet allowed them to be converted into an accessible format. Documents provided by third parties (e.g. other organisations, DMOs, associations, etc.) are also not accessible.

Videos embedded on the website

Reason: It has not yet been possible to provide the videos with audio descriptions.

Cartography within the website

Reason: Cartographic representation is a helpful and useful addition to information. Cartography is essentially a pictorial representation and therefore cannot meet the requirements of the BITV.

Images from the shared mein.toubiz database do not always have alternative text

Reason: The website uses the mein.toubiz database (the central tourist database of the state of Baden-Württemberg) as its central element. Depending on their maintenance status, these data records are more or less accessible. It has not yet been possible to provide alternative texts for all data records.
