The central heating and laundry building extends from Nürnberger Straße 3-5 and the Dammerstock logo on the tower of the building is easily recognisable from afar. Together with the pub and butcher's shop (building group 2), the building complex was the central social centre of the Dammerstock estate, providing interaction between the residents.
