The ticket office is located at the main entrance on the level of the
Zähringerstraße bridge (2nd floor, accessible via the exits of the car park decks
parking decks 7-10).
The car park is equipped with the barrier-free and ticketless Freeflow licence plate recognition system Autopay. To pay, the licence plate number is entered on site at the automatic pay station or online within 48 hours of leaving the car park.
The monitor at the exit shows the payment status and, if necessary, reminds you to pay within 48 hours by displaying a red exclamation mark. Please note that additional costs will be charged after 48 hours following the exit in accordance with the terms and conditions.
